Shaheen Traders starts recruitment procedures immediately upon execution of agency agreements between Shaheen Trades and the Principal alongwith their Power of Attorney and Demand Letter.

Selection

Upon receipt of above mentioned documents we check through our record and we also advertise the required demand in the local areas for best section of workers.

Trade Tests

The workers are strictly selected in accordance with the standard / requirements set by the Principal. For the technical selection the assistance of specialized technical institutes like Y.M.C.A., St. Patricks and others is seeks for respective trade tests.

 

Medical Tests

After final selection of the workers the necessary arrangements are made for General Medical Test  of each selected worker. 

Endorsement of Visa   

After medical tests the passports of FIT Workers are submitted in the concerned Embassy / Consulate for necessary endorsement of Visa on the respective Passports. 

Registration of Foreign Service Agreement (FSA)

After receipt of Passports from the concerned Embassy / Consulate a Foreign Service Agreement is executed by us on behalf of the Principal with each selected worker, which is Registered with PROTECTOR OF EMIGRATES, GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN.

Briefing

After registration of Foreign Service Agreement workers are briefed about the Laws, Working Hours, Safety Rules, Living Conditions and General Information of host country.

Intimation of Flight Details

After full filing all the necessary formalities the seats are booked for necessary departure to the host country of work and accordingly the flights details are intimated to the Principal.
