Agency Agreement

An agency agreement mutually agreed and signed by both the parties which would acknowledge appointment of Sheen Traders their Oversea Employment Promoters

Power of Attorney

Shaheen Traders requires Power of Attorney from the Principal ( Specimen Provided ) which would acknowledge appointment of Shaheen Traders as their Overseas Employment Promoters in Pakistan and authorizing to carryout all official formalities, such as submission / collation of Passports for endorsement of Visa from Embassy / Consulate in Pakistan of host country.

Demand Letter

Shaheen Traders requires Demand Letter from the Principal  ( Specimen Provided ) mentioning following:

- Categories of Workers

- Number of Workers

- Salaries Offered

- Period of Contract

- Free Medical Facilities

- Free Passage

- Free Food ( If Any )

Other: As per local labor laws of host country.

 

Visa Sip ( Only for Saudi Recruitment)

Shaheen traders requires Visa Slip from e Principal

 

Authority Letter ( Only for Saudi Recruitment )

Shaheen Traders requires a letter in ARABIC from the Principal addressing the Ambassador / Consulate General informing that they have authorized Shaheen Traders of Anum Blessing, Karachi-75400, O.E.P.L., # 0353/KAR to recruit  .............  personnel against Visa # .............  dated ...........  to submit and collect respective passports after endorsement of Visa/ Visas on the respective passports.

 

Note: This letter should be dispatched to Shaheen Traders along with Power of Attorney, Demand Letter and Visa Slip
