Laboratory Quality Control System
QA Profile:
For any health care services proper QUALITY CONTROL is very important. We represent at Basm Diagnostic take every possible measure to ensure quality.
Internal Quality Control:
For every test we perform normal and pathological control are run on daily basis. The results of controls are entered in LJ charts for statistic analysis. No report is issued until the results of controls fall within + / - 2SD limits. Clerical errors are recorded and discussed in monthly meetings for proper remedies.
External Quality Control:
We also perform external quality control by our test compared with other standard laboratories to maintain our quality.
International Quality Control System:
We are in the process of registration with external quality assurance system. (QAS).
